Our FWC Program includes a combination of fertilizer, pre-emergent weed prevention, post-emergent weed control, disease prevention (fungicide), and insect control. Treatments are selected based on the season, grass type, and current lawn conditions.

Our program includes 8 cycles throughout the year. Each cycle is designed around your lawn's grass type (such as Bermuda, St. Augustine, or Zoysia) and seasonal needs.

Please follow these general watering guidelines:
Fertilizer should be watered in within 48 hours.
When possible, wait 24 hours before watering so the weed-control spray has time to dry.
Most weed sprays dry within about 4 hours, and watering after that typically does not reduce effectiveness.

Yes. When applied by our licensed technicians and used as directed, our products are intended to be safe for pets and children. As a precaution, we recommend waiting 2-4 hours before walking on the lawn so the treatment can dry.
